The Althea house is at the end of my block. They’re systematically dismantling the house, which is encouraging. I hope the materials find their way into a restoration somewhere.
What demo company is it? I thought they all just doze and fill around here. Would like to know of a greener alternative.
Does anyone know what’s up with the Troon property? It’s quite a large house (6,000+ sq ft), built in 1950, and valued at over $780,000…
“Pull Troon…” Gus, you’re cracking me up!
Nord,
We actually looked at the Althea house a few months ago; trust that there’s not a whole lot of materials that can be salvaged for re-dos elsewhere. Place was in pretty bad shape.
