    The Althea house is at the end of my block. They’re systematically dismantling the house, which is encouraging. I hope the materials find their way into a restoration somewhere.

    Nord,
    We actually looked at the Althea house a few months ago; trust that there’s not a whole lot of materials that can be salvaged for re-dos elsewhere. Place was in pretty bad shape.
