I think I am seeing the high water mark on the white brick wall in one of the pictures (and they put a pot on the floor to distract) Even with a presumably higher home on the lot, I still wouldn’t want to deal with that kind of flooding every few years.
An odd thing about the pictured home is that it shares a driveway area with the house behind it. Both garage doors face one another across two side-by-side driveways. I hope any buyers like their new neighbors!
Meh, the driveway thing’s not so weird. My childhood home had a similar setup, except both families had gravel driveways on a serious downhill — with two different types of gravel! It’s an efficient minimization of curb cuts and maximization of street parking space.
