That new construction is going to take out a large oak and may kill the neighbors’ even-bigger oak – on a wide, exposed CORNER!

And why? Yes it IS more expensive to build around a tree, but when the heavy equipment leaves, you have a house WITH a tree
Custom home clients WANT trees. As a realtor I see this first hand. Why do builders think spec home buyers DON’T want trees?
Buyers think “Tree lined streets” are desirable, or you would not see that kind of phrase in advertising.
