Who in the hay bought a million dollar house in RO, just to tear it down? Are lot prices really that high??? Unbelievable.
Mel, judging by the tax records they apparently bought a million dollar lot that happened to be occupied by a very nice but not the “right kind” of house. RO individuals are not known for their preservationist qualities.
They also are relocating from a home on Chevy Chase that they recently sold.
They obviously do like the neighborhood.
