Wow, if 2219 Arlington (which sold last month for $360k) is a tear-down, that means dirt north of 20th St is $54/s.f.

Criminal to tear that beautiful cottage down. Swamplots daily demolition lists can sometimes be so depressing from a preservation aspect.
Shame that the house on Arlington is getting torn down and the crap next door to it gets to live. That’s my favorite street in Sunset Heights.
