I’m surprised and disappointed the house in the pic in Eastwood is getting bulldozed instead of flipped or restored but I guess the demo/townhouse/McMansion phase is upon us in this area.
I looked at that house a while ago, it was in pretty bad shape. Foundation was shot, kitchen needed a complete remodel, the laundry room had exposed wires and bad pipes. A lot of the place seemed like it had just been gutted when the previous occupants moved out. All that and no garage either. Re modelling that house to anything really nice would have run easily into the 60k+ range. I will say that the neighbors were some of the nicest people I’ve met, but I don’t think you’ll lose them in a demo/rebuild.
