Thurdays’s linkpost contained an article about the upcoming sluggish apartment market. Today’s contains articles about breaking ground on yet more apartments and condos (which don’t typically do well here).
New Terminal looks cool. I can’t believe IAH sat as this desolate empty wall of terminal and seats… not much more, for so long! Why are we always behind the tide on everything? Airports, beautification, transit, pick up the pace! Also, Brazos Mall isn’t terrible. It’s slightly better than the Mall of Abilene. Just needs more stores. The Filipino/Russian tankers crews in Freeport would appreciate it.
