TEAS NURSERY: NOT FOR HOMEBUILDERS A private Bellaire foundation run by two brothers has snapped up the remaining 5 acres of Teas Nursery at 4400 Bellaire Blvd. Jerry and Maury (“Boâ€) Rubenstein haven’t announced their plans yet, but a press release reports they are hoping the property “could be retained for the benefit of all Bellaire residents.” The Teas family will continue to occupy the site until the middle of February.
