1.2 Million and cant get a good camera or a photographer. TSK TSK. Maybe she is a discount agent, then you get what you pay for.
Spoonman.
“Incomplete pool area with lake view!”
Sounds like somebody ran out of money building their ridiculous house.
Recording studio?

“This house is so big, we ran out of daylight before we could get pictures of all the rooms!”
Also, I salute whoevers’ idea it was to put the acoustic foams on the recording studio walls in nice geometric patterns.

For every other space in this house, the kitchen seems small, really small.
Also, is there a way to have a second photo of the day for the same house? #27 hands down!!

I always wondered, who would pay to live in Katy. I guess the answer is young families that want a good sized house but can’t afford to live ‘in town’. But who would pay OVER A MILLION DOLLARS to live in Katy? ?!??!

Sugar Hill?

This place seems to be designed to retail style. Looks like high-end shoes, or a hair salon.
And yes, pic #27 is awesome!
Home Theater: no screen or seating but there IS a duplex outlet!

Why is there no photo of the front elevation? That’s odd. And yes, this house is fugly.
Nothing fishy about that. It sounds like a very similar mission to another local non-profit who were recently featured on a national TV program that there were several Swamplot posts about. Any other comment would of course be entirely my own opinion.

I sure hope the fun doesn’t go out of Swamplot because of all the stupidness in some condo somewhere.
I mean, it’s always fun to speculate and wonder and suppose but where’s the fun if ya gotta watch every single P and Q?

The agent is a “Certified Distressed Property Expert” – no joke – mouse over her photo and credentials.

I went to hcad.org and entered the address and this is the link:

then I googled the McCalla Family Foundation, here is the link to the website:

Something is VERY fishy here.
