Loopster: Last time I looked, there were cleared Independence Heights lots for sale for about $20k, so there is an easy and relatively cheap way to get in the way of that progress. Caveat: My knowledgeable friends point out that many Independence Heights properties are breathing balls of title issues, with many estate and conveyance issues lurking around. But even those go away with time, right?
