So if you put a sign up for a grocery store, it means one will move there? Cool! I might try to steal the Brays Oaks Joe V’s sign and set it up in the middle of the Third Ward Food Desert; then steal or make a real H-E-B sign and put it over in Brays Oaks. Like Magic!
