Well, are you going to drop the bomb or not?
Westcreek? They were threatening to tear that one down since I lived there 7 years ago. They were even having people sign odd month renewal terms (5 months for me at the time) so they could green light a demo on short notice.
Please, drop the bomb.
Why not just say what the supposed bomb is. I can’t stand when people do things like that.
All of Westcreek is actively in play. Richmont Square also might get hacked away at at some point.
Two out of the eight Westcreek buildings are going to get demo-ed for the new Oliver MacMillan “River Oaks” district.
Westcreek is “vintage?” Guess so.
Richmont Square is quite the roach-infested dump. Good riddance.
