Vermont looked like a teardown, but Kipling looked perfectly livable (real hardwood floors, not Pergo!), and Allston is heartbreakingly cute.
This reminds me of yesterday’s article about how half of the housing stock in Houston was built after 1975 or so, and only about 6% predates WWII.
