Please oh please let something big/good be being built on the 77026 property. We have a few properties under contract we’re buying this month. The largest is just over 1/2 mile from that address. This area is just outside of our normal comfort zone but we’re expanding out simply because of lack of inventory in Montrose/Heights/midtown (proper)
