I was hoping something commercial would go there. Any one know how long ago Greased Lightning closed?
@GlenW – I lived down the street from there 5-6 years ago and it was closed then. I always wondered what the place would have looked like when it was opened and busy and if it was any good.
Glen W- It closed down with the rest of Astroworld.
Did some searching on HCAD. It’s public info but I wont put their name. They have been buying a lot of properties near here and in 3rd ward.
