This house looks to be well proportioned with good bones, unless of course they’re all moldy, dry rotted or something. Being it’s practically in original condition, it definitely has a lot of potential and seems to be on a lovely street. From the looks of the dated no-frills kitchen, heavy (but expensive & well-made) old draperies, wall-to-wall carpeting over the hardwoods and window air conditioners, I expect Miss Daisy to emerge at any moment.
