Finally something on my block! Woo hoo!
I’m surprised they’re tearing down the house on Colquitt. The owner has been doing extensive remodeling recently, although it was shut down by the city for not having the right permits.
The demolition permits could be for remodeling of the Colquitt property. Not all demo permits are for complete demo. They could be for partial demo or interior demo.
