Yes! Tear down 102 Portland. Each time I go by there I feel that something completely nefarious is going on inside those boarded up windows. Or maybe I’m just hearing the sounds of the local rat population trying to claw their way out of prison.
Figures… after 6 years living in Chelsea place they decide to tear down 102 Portland right after I move out of the neighborhood.
Please tell me that little house on Brun Street wasn’t remodeled so it could be demolished.
102 Portland used to be the office of Dr. Coole. It was one of the earliest designs by MacKie and Kamrath.
Very sad shame that the place was left to rot – wish I could have seen it in it’s prime. Anyone know how long it’s been abandoned?
