It looks like that home being built next door is smack dab on top of the new wooden fence. Now, if the new construction that’s going on ‘this’ lot is also right up against the lot line, how do you mow that tiny little strip of vegetation that will grow between the two houses?
You don’t. You put down gravel. Probably would not get enough sun for real turf to grow anyway.
