Nice place… but that tandem garage idea would be a big turn-off. I had that kind of arrangement with my last home’s driveway parking… it was understandable in a 1920’s bungalow, but not in new construction. Where did the developer think he was? Boston?

Cool and lofty, however I’ve never enjoyed the look of a stubby, closed-off, cubicle bathroom in an otherwise open concept layout. Surely there is a cooler and more loft-y way to execute on that?

I think that “E” is the symbol that the US Navy uses for a normally manned machinery space.
