Nice red brick walk out front. Bookcase is too heavy and big to move or take out to the trash. Why not let the next guy do it.

Judging from all the burglar bars covering the windows, not so long ago, this location was high crime. Now you can get $400k just on lot value. The times, they are a changin’.

Nope, Shady, that’s never been a high crime area. I’d be willing to bet that the previous owners knew their third generation of descendants, though.
