erhed, I think the price reflects an overall down cycle in the 1960 area as the homes age and lower income people have migrated there over the past 20 years and with the city core getting ridiculously expensive, the migration will likely continue for many decades. There are a lot of nice homes up there though. In another 20 years there might be cars on block in the yard and underwear hanging out the window…(just joking, hopefully…)

erhed – Actually, no. There are some really well priced little gems in some of the neighborhoods off of T.C. Jester. This could be one of them. The wallpaper in that shot is just a little aggressive.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Red living room, Christmas green dining. Yikes!
I have the feeling that the owner has put on a wallpaper suit and hidden himself somewhere in the photos.
