Holy Cheeze balls!! 2.3 Million for a previously flooded, and extremely dated home outside the loop? I know its on just shy of an acre, but really?? I’m fairly sure I could find an updated, non flooded home in West U or R.O. better than this for the money.

What’s not to like about a genuinely open floor plan? And the exposed studs complement the geometry of the Saltillo tile floor.
