  • “Artsy Fartsy” would have also worked. :) While I love the contemporary look of a glass-front refrigerator, I wouldn’t want to advertise my poor food choices to my guests.

  • Decent looking house way over built for the neighborhood and overpriced priced. South Union one of the top 10 worst neighborhoods in H town the person the did the remodel must have got the property under $85k. Move this house to South Side Place or Heights and it is worth $800k to $900k.

  • Per HCAD the listing broker also appears to be the homeowner.

  • The Realtor is also apparently the owner, according to HCAD.

  • Southside Place for 800k? Land in SS or West U is 150-160k per square foot. Renovated homes 450-500 per sq ft. Unless on a large lot or new construction, which can approach 550-600sq ft. Is there another Southside Place to which you refer?
