Anyone know where I can get those stairs, or who installs them? I’ve been working on an idea for a loft in my condo.

looks to be a DIY staircase to me.

@GlenW, I think those are “Arke Karina” stairs. Search for them and you’ll find distributors.

That hole in the floor needs some kind of partial railing; it’s a bad accident waiting to happen!

Your question was answered. I bought them and loved them. I put them in a closet for access to a finished out attic. Can’t believe I can’t find the pics or I’d give a link. anyway. A+ product IMO

Ah…
Pictures 23, 24, 25. I have better pics of the staircase but yeah, you get the idea.
Both Arke and Dolle stair systems can be bought at Home Depot’s website.

That’s a cute house no doubt but 300 in northside for it? Seems a bit rich. Didn’t know that area could support prices like that.

Stu-Rock, Cody, and bemocked – Thank you!

That’s in Lindale Park, which is a nice neighborhood. That one is on the less desirable “wood” side, where more of the houses are wood frame instead of brick, hence why it is only $300k.
bemocked
English is Lindale Park, not Northside Village… but 300k does seem a bit steep for east side of Irvington.
