Way overpriced for what is essentially a tract house. I
am surprised realtor did not insist on toning down the paint colors
and removing all the crosses.

I would have gone with pic 12 in the listing: “Family Jewels”

@Suzann
Did you see the Realtor’s hairdo? No need to tone it down. You’d be surprised how many buyers with a little girl would highly consider this home because it already has that room. People are lazy/ignorant about how easy it to repaint. That goes both ways for the buyer & the seller.
Chris
They’ve got a nice painting of a nutsack in their dining area.

I thought that hair style went out in the 1970’s!!

Crosses and deer heads are big no-nos, as are family photos around a house. But people leave them because they don’t want to let go of their homes, even if at a subconscious level.

@ Chris, your comment prompted me to revisit the dining area. I laughed so hard, I peed a little. Thanks for that!

I’d say Toby hit it first, and with a bit more nuance to give it some added punch.

Crosses and deer heads are big no-nos, but testicle illustrations are the new just-baked cookies smell.
Memebag
Wow, that’s really a nutsack.

Pretty sure it’s just a really poorly done drawing of two pears, but still hilarious.

Yes, Toby really nabbed it!
But, good job Chris! You caught it, too.
dag, I don’t see the pears, but you’re generous.
Swamplot must have felt a little squeamish and just looked away.

I just checked back in, and Toby’s comment was definitely funnier than mine. I’m sticking to my story of not seeing his before I posted though.
