So how was the Halloween party at the “haunted” murder mansion at 3015 Fuqua St. off Almeda-Genoa in the south part of town last Friday night?
The Twitter reviews — and party photos — are in!

And they’re decidedly mixed. But the indoor pool was a big hit, apparently:

Haunting Haunted Houses
Not to be a killjoy, but this place is an attractive nuisance, with injuries and litigation just waiting to happen.
Looks like a killer party.
I mean seriously, I get fun and all that, but how does something like this even happen? Either it’s trespassing or it’s authorized by the owner, and if it’s authorized by the owner there is a huge liability for lots and lots of reasons. This isn’t remotely occupy-able by code. Why didn’t the cops show up and clear everybody out? Not haul them to jail, just kick them out?
I’m confused… most of those pictures were during the day… the flyer CLEARLY states 9pm.. so nobody should show up until 11…
Ummm, yes. I was promised ‘big booty everywhere’. There seems to be a conspicuous lack of ‘big booty’ chronicled in this post…. let alone, ‘everywhere’.
It’s a shame you cant just do something cool without having to worry about liability. Why is it if someone gets hurt, there is someone to sue and go after for it? How did that happen? It hasn’t always been that way.
