What a helpful video. And that house plan, sadly, is so Houston. I’m glad someone else finds a problem with “garage” houses.
Hate to tell this guy that we don’t use windows for ventilation here!
And he didn’t mention - 4 bedrooms, 3 drivers, two baths?
