The subdivision for this home on Meineke St. on Houston’s southeast side carries the intriguing name of “Freeway,” but most of you will just call it Gulfgate. It’s only a block south of the South Loop, and Gulfgate Center is just a mile to the east. The home is listed as the official address of All Purpose Plastering, but the for-sale listing has been plastered on MLS for only a couple of days.
The 3-bedroom, 1-bath house was built in 1960 and measures a little more than 1,000 sq. ft. But look what you can fit inside:

The back yard features a covered deck and a storage building. Asking price: $94,900.

hm.. what came first? the image over the bed or the image on the garage? And which one looked so good that it had to be reproduced?
Are you kidding? A realtor actually used those photos??
Cute ho0use, looks like someone took good care of it. No need to ridicule.
The realtor was very honest in his listing. Read the first sentence.
Oh yeah … “flair”. Definitely the right word for it.
The bedrooms don’t look like they’ve been redecorated since 1965. (I know of whence I speak, had that French Provincial furniture as did my two sisters.) Oh lordy, they don’t have 60 year old twin girls STILL sharing that room do they???
“Spanish flair” Isn’t that the correct term for this?
