What are those doors on the side of the fireplace in the photo of the den? They look out of place and yet creepy.

Thanks for clearing that up, it reminds me of something Sophia Petrillo once said on Golden Girls: ” fine, we’ll cook in the fireplace and pee in the broom closet”.

I suppose if you used “Bedroom #2” as a home office it might make sense? You could put a little basket right below it to catch your mail so its all right there when you’re ready to sort through it?
Assuming that was once the living room, it just seems odd that they would go to the trouble of changing the house’s layout and didn’t bother to fix that little detail!
