Is it me or does the ‘Oak Forest’ sign look to be photoshopped?
I imagine an Oak Forest sign would be photoshopped, but I think the Garden Oaks sign looks real.

The realtor seems to be saying that a beautifully & completely reno-ed home is being taken down to its studs!
