So far, there’s been no word on that score from Oakton Foundation, a nonprofit that city records show is the proud new owner of the properties in question. In September and November of last year, Oakton Foundation was completing the purchase of up to 8,132 sq. ft. of land here spanning 5 different properties: 407, 419, and 502 Knox St., along with 410 Westcott and 5908 Feagan St.
