I think I love the laundry room. And all of the storage (drawers) ~everywhere~ is amazing. It’s a good area if you don’t mind the train (yes, I know, quiet zones). I used to “know” a guy that had a home on Effie near this street. Back in the day……. before Bellaire became er, ah, re-gentrified.
