Before this gets out of hand, please rest assured that all attempts have been made to the Houston Parks Board, Annise Parker, Bill White, Ed Gonzalez, Greater Houston Offroad Bike Association and the list goes on and on. I have been working for 2.5 years to make this a public-use site. I urge ‘you people’ to, instead of defacing property, get the facts first and please take this up with the “Parks and Woods†people you speak of. Make it happen. A stinging remark IS a terrible thing to waste, but, we need to just say no to lobbing personal insults! It detracts from the message.
Personal property rights are sacred & graffiti is illegal.
However, this anonymous vandal didn’t firebomb the company offices, didn’t knock down the sign, didn’t even blot out the contact information.
It’s a harmless prank and, actually, a conversation starter from a wannabe activist.
I wouldn’t call it harmless. Someone had to pay for that sign and now they’ll have to fix it.
i, for one, would definitely visit this establishment.
