DOWNTOWN’S LITTLE DIPPER WILL BE VISIBLE THIS SATURDAY Now there’s an astrological sign on the window foretelling all the boozing to come: Eater Houston’s Darla Guillen reports that the owners and operators of hipster havens Antidote, Poison Girl, and Black Hole are preparing to open their latest venture, Little Dipper, at 304 Main St. Downtown “in the weeks to come.” And if you can’t wait that long, Guillen adds that the bar will be open for a few hours this Saturday for a preview party. [Eater Houston; previously on Swamplot] Photo: @LittleDipperBar
“Hipster Havens”… That is all I need to know.
Cool! More $10 Raman Noodles!
Good peoples…
good luck downtown
I really hope these new businesses around Market Square have staying power. The residential highrise next to Frank’s needs to hurry up, as well as other residential developments and some retail would be nice for the diversity. Not everything can be a hip bar/restaurant. Or can it?
commonsense won’t be there. All I need to know!
Nope, not gonna be there, don’t want to eat crappy food that hipsters naively think is good and don’t want to get lice from the said hipster clientele.
Aw, the establishments might be hipster hangouts, but the owners are great people. And they haven’t gone wrong with a business yet – heck, Antidote was packed the day it opened and hasn’t ever slowed down.
