Those awesome townhomes were finished five years ago!!! The property listed is across Cottage from both the parking lot of the ever-under-remodeling Iglesia de la Red-Tagged Redeemer *and* the parking lot of Chavez Tours bus line to San Luis Potosi!!! And that stretch of Cottage is a traffic chokepoint connecting North Main with the 45 feeder and the Silverdale Addition across the freeway!!! At least you could sleepwalk to Whataburger around the corner.
