Luz: This likely goes without saying, but you’re not paying $700k for the house — you’re paying $700k for where the house is. While it’s personally a bit west for me (I’d like more ‘middle of Montrose’), it’s a pretty cool area to be in. People will pay to live where they want to live (vs. paying for the house they want)
