   Hate the light carpeting. Carpeting in the bathroom too? Dated wood cabinets and built-ins. Why does the refrig stick out so much? And I hate a house with fake dormers!

   Nevertheless it has possibilities. Do many neighborhoods have $700 yearly maintenance fees? I’m an inner-looper and don’t know nothin’ about that.
