  They are definitely selling this for lot value. Zero thought put into any of the photos, or the listing itself.

  They will eventually get their money. Some builder will eventually buy it and tear it down to replace it by 2 or 3 900K+ townhomes.

  @Cody, that’s nothing. My ZipRealty feed is sending me multiple $100/sf lots per day in the Cullen/Yellowstone/OST area.
