I live down the street from this place… I had no idea that is what it was like in the inside. You can’t tell from the outside because it looks, well, industrial/rustic. No curb appeal whatsoever, but then there is no green space, all concrete and asphalt. It will be interesting to see what becomes of it.

Oh wow, I almost lived here. Like 10 years ago. They had an add out on craigslist looking for a room-mate. It was a group of young engineers that were looking for a like minded individual to do projects with. Like, a proto-hackerspace that you would actually live in. Seemed like an interesting place. Can’t remember why it didn’t work out tbh.
