    Ha! Since when has Bellaire ever been desirable? You so silly! Trim around everything but the windows- cheap. Using tile in lieu of a proper countertop surface- also cheap. What’s Up with the dated kitchen? Clearly there are other corners being cut that an inspector might not catch. Yikes
