   I grew up in this neighborhood. Anyone looking to buy any of these houses should check for flood damage. Back in the mid-70s, our house – one street over on Beaudry – flooded twice after construction crews dammed Willow Water Hole Bayou to build the now infamous apartment complexes along West Belfort.

   Oh, come now. These folks should be complimented on how they have followed Montessori principles by incorporating their little one’s toys on lower shelves with the grown up stuff above.
