HCAD shows $425K for that unit, and the avg value is $260-$400K in that complex, good luck getting double that for a glorified apartment that far out ……

I had to look at that for like 20 seconds to figure it out.

Yeah, you just can’t get anything for a nice 5,000 sq ft “apartment” with a tennis court these days. . .

Sorry, that looks like something out of a bad Dan Brown novel. LOL, let the funny begin.

Ha,Texmex. Spoken like an inner looper. Have you seen the prices in the 77024 area? Good schools make a difference. It isn’t the edge of nowhere.
BluegrassBlast
I agree with Susan on this one. Steep price, but hard to find anything under a million zoned to Frostwood though Memorial Hight School.

“Bunny, sweetums, I forget – are we playing bridge tonight with the Vanderpools on Tunbridge, or poker with the Tunbridges on Vanderpool? And am I wearing the money colored cravat or the gold colored ascot? Either way, I’ll get Jeeves to iron a stack of fifties.”

Even the homes at the western end of 77024, that are zoned to Rummel Creek, Memorial Middle, and Memorial High tend to start at about $350,000 and quickly rise in price if the lot size is bigger, or the house is newer. Still, it’s a great area to live in.
