I agree that the holes have a certain artistic side to them, but holy cow!! What happened to this house?

Looks like this place has wonderful neighbors. What were they looking for in the walls, the meth lab or the crack stash?

Centerpoint should give free electricity to vacant houses, just for the purpose of electrocuting copper thieves.

I wish I could pick up an 8500 square foot lot for under $70k in my neighborhood.

It looks as though the copper thieves came a calling.

Looks like the beginning of a re-wire job. You have to bust out some drywall to be able to pull the old wiring out. Although I did once evict a tenant who punched out every piece of drywall between the studs before the constable came. He apparently did not like getting to live in a nice house rent free for three months.

Copper theft.

Ok. Copper thieves. Just looked at the address. Thought it might have been a house flipper who had to bail after starting to do the work.

Not worth to remodel it it will cost a min of $12k to $15k to rewire drywall and paint all the walls. To Model this home to a nice level you will spend $40k to $65k homes in the area in good condition are not worth $130k+ sorry. Anybody that buys this home should only just tare it down and build a nice 1800 to 2400 sqft home the lot is decent size at 8400sqft
