NuHabitat (love that site!) says it was listed 11/26/09 at $169.9, withdrawn 1/7/10, expired 5/27/10, terminated 2/17/12 at $154.9. Maybe some entries are missing (or not tied to this one because of different spelling of street names), or maybe it was leased from 2010 to 2012. ???
