I’ve always had good luck living near, adjacent or in cemeteries. Nice location.
They also have a fireplace in the family room and master bath? That makes three, right. Coziness ensues. I like this house. YMMV.
We live across the street. There’s indeed a cemetary that backs up to the house but all in all the inhabitants stay pretty quite.
