Interesting shelves but the mid-loop mid-centurys on big lots, especially those adjacent to Oak Forest, are destined for destruction. At some point Spring Branch and this area around the NW Mall will almost merge and form one of the a huge McMansion neighborhood, with the Hempstead railroad tracks and light industrial around it being the dividing line, and then the light industrial will get redeveloped with townhomes and multi-family in the coming decades. A commuter line down those tracks at some point would be ideal.
