The River Oaks Country Club would make an excellent 99 Cents Only DC and retail outlet.
Oy vey. That Oshman’s has been an eyesore since my days at UH in the 90s.
I was born and raised in this area in the 70s. We had tons of retail back then in the general area and there was a lot of traffic to go with it.
Get over it.
