I do find it ironic that in so many other areas of the country, any other piece of property that close to the ocean would have a few more zeros in its price.
Maybe this picture is advertising a meet and greet with the current owners? Or maybe the folks in the picture come with the property? They look like friendly enough people. Might be worth the price to have insta-friends! Or maybe the agent thought a few smiling faces would show just how down-home friendly people are in the ‘hood?
